We guarantee
the quality of our products and each
item is checked before it is sent
out. Although these checks take place
you may still need to return your
item for a number of reasons.
You may exchange or return items for
a full refund (excluding shipping
and handling charges) if you notify
us of your intent to return the item
within 14 days of dispatch and are
returned within 28 days.
It must be in its original condition
with the original bag and all tags
still attached.

Returns or exchanges require an returns
authorization number from us before
it can be returned, please contact
us via the contact page for your returns
number prior to sending your item
back.
Items returned without a authorization
number will be sent back to the shipper.
For exchanges, please make a note
of the new item/size/colour you require
on the invoice form that came with
your parcel and return with item to
be exchanged. Normal postage rates
will be applied to you on all exchanged
items.
Please take extra care to read the
product care instructions with your
items as we cannot accept items for
a refund or exchange if they have
been damaged in the wash. Worn or
washed merchandise will be sent back
to the shipper. All items must be
returned pre-paid; Wyz Threadz only
refunds the cost of postage when the
return is the result of an error by
us. It is recommended that you use
recorded delivery, as we are not responsible
for any lost return shipments.
